Are you another agency? What exactly do you do?

Basically I am the outsourced marketing manager for your restaurant. Similar to how your Executive Chef creates recipes, trains cooks, manages company budget and optimize food cost based on your restaurant's action plans, I develop and manage marketing tasks, control marketing expenses, and build a dedicated team to execute these procedures in alignment with your restaurant's goals. This allows you to achieve the same level of expertise and results as having an on-site marketing manager, but at a more cost-effective rate.

Most of my clients choose me because their business isn't large enough to justify hiring a full-time on-site marketing manager but still want to achieve the same level of expertise and results. You gain access to top-tier marketing strategies and implementations that I have developed by working with top local restaurants worldwide. You get these services at a fraction of the cost by leveraging advanced technology and skilled remote staff, ensuring exceptional results for your restaurant.

How do you measure the results?

We measure our results by tracking traffic and attention datas provided by each social platforms.

By analyzing the increase in website visits, increase in followers, and overall reach generated through our social media efforts, we acquire insights into our strategies. This data helps us optimize our approach to ensure we're achieving the best results and delivering tangible value to our clients.

Is there a contract or any hidden fees?

We generally don't require long contracts that commit our clients unless requested for better rates.

No, there are no hidden fees.

However, it's important that we both agree on the budget since this is a common question.

The rate you pay me is not for me to do everything myself, like taking photos, videos, editing, and managing ads. Instead, it covers my role in hiring and managing experts to do these tasks for you efficiently and cost-effectively.

For example, if you hire a videographer on your own without a clear plan, equipment list, or expectations, they will have to charge you much more since there are significantly large amount of work. I know how to save costs by providing detailed job descriptions, making their work easier and cheaper. I can hire videographers at $30-35/hour and use remote editors to lower editing costs, bringing the total cost of video production to under $300, compared to over $3,000 without a manager like me.

In conclusion, my job is to manage and optimize your marketing budget to get the best results, leveraging my understanding of the marketing industry and labor costs.

What if we don't achieve expected results?

If the results of our efforts do not meet your expectations, we will analyze the situation and make adjustments to the strategy or action plans as needed.

While we cannot guarantee monetary returns or revenue increases due to legal reasons, we will provide a full refund if any tasks experiences issues on our end, such as no-shows or missed deadlines without prior notice.

What happens after we sign up?

1. Discovery Call: In our initial discovery call, we take the time to understand your restaurant’s unique needs, goals, and expectations. We gather all necessary information to build a customized action plan that aligns with your vision and objectives.

2. Agreement: Once we have a clear understanding of your needs and have outlined a tailored strategy, we proceed to formalize our partnership by signing an agreement. This agreement details the scope of work, timelines, and terms of our collaboration.

3. Onboarding Call: During the onboarding call, we ensure a smooth transition by accessing all necessary assets and credentials. We set up and integrate all required tools and platforms to ensure we have everything in place to start working on your marketing strategy effectively.

4. Regular Meetings: We start with weekly meetings for the first 4-8 weeks to ensure a strong foundation and address any initial issues or adjustments. During these meetings, we report on the current status of our efforts, share detailed analytics and results, and schedule photo & video shoots and other content creation activities to ensure your marketing remains fresh and engaging. As the project stabilizes and tasks find their routine, we transition to bi-weekly or monthly meetings. This approach ensures ongoing communication and alignment with your goals, while recognizing that more frequent meetings don't necessarily lead to better results once the project is running smoothly. Additionally, we maintain open communication and can chat anytime via Slack.
